The house offers an eat-in kitchen equipped with a spacious fireplace, refrigerator (no freezer), toaster, cutlery and water kettle. The spacious and cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, dining table, chairs and fine and authentic antiques.

Master bedroom: A double four-poster bed with air conditioning for maximum comfort.

Second room: Two single beds, ideal for additional guests.

In total, the house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, with the option of adding a crib for children up to 1 year old. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate a fifth guest, offering additional flexibility.

The bathroom, elegant and entirely clad in travertine, has a spacious shower. The furnishings in the house are authentic antiques, with fine linen, cotton and silk fabrics. The flooring is made of solid oak, while chestnut fixtures add a natural, rustic touch.

Outdoor Spaces

Guests have access to a private entrance porch with comfortable rattan chairs, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. The adjacent pool and a large wood-burning barbecue complete the outdoor spaces, offering unforgettable outdoor experiences.
